Hey!
This is Midnight Founder, and I’ve been thinking for a long time about what can and should be delegated to AI, and what should probably not yet. I’ve been feeling some kind of strange contradiction within myself for the past three years. I started reflecting, trying to figure it out, and I realized that it’s an inner crisis of uniqueness. As beings made of proteins and monkeys, we need to be unique, from birth to old age (preferably). So, AI somehow supercharged this feeling of non-uniqueness. But at the same time, there’s nothing more unique than enhancing and enriching AI with all the distinct traits you’ve had since birth.
It’s not for nothing that they say “any crisis is definitely about new meanings.” And these meanings are as new and unique as ever. It’s just about realizing that by using AI, you can do things you could never do before. Like an exoskeleton. Like a third hand. And this hand is, at the same time, available! Well, each in their own way, but believe me, in a satisfying surplus.
In my opinion, adaptation to AI will come through mass culture. As it always has, really. Only a balanced and logical opinion from all communities can form a full opinion for the end user/consumer, where social media plays a crucial, sometimes the only, role.
So, at this point, the recommendations are:
I guess that’s enough for now. A clear divide with a few key principles should be sufficient.
So, Focus AI on your own! (link to the channel of agent moms).

So, at this point, the recommendations are:
- Anything that is subject to strict rules and conditions. Maximum peace of mind.
- Almost everything you can trust a child with, you can trust AI with. Almost maximum peace of mind.
- Anything that follows hierarchy and logic, AI can take on without hesitation. Peace of mind is moderate.
- Management decisions, in most cases, don’t yet diverge widely, but in reality, every manager is unconsciously relying on AI more and more often. Still, the main pilot is always the manager, which is great. Peace of mind is below average, but good managers are already raising their AI-agent assistants-deputies.
I guess that’s enough for now. A clear divide with a few key principles should be sufficient.
